Our end of season 5K provides a tangible sense of accomplishment to participants. To celebrate and make the experience one to remember, there are many opportunities to get involved.

Group Opportunities

Are you part of a group or organization that wants to make an impact on our community? Girls on the Run would love to have you get involved with our program. Here are few ways you can make a difference while working together.

Volunteer together at a Girl on the Run 5K event – from cheer teams to water stations to handing out medals at the finish line and more – there are numerous ways for you to help bring this joyful end of season celebration to life!
Support with one-day volunteer opportunities.
Volunteer for or financially support a team for a season.
Volunteers are needed in November - January and again in late May - July to help with supply bin building for each season. To sign up your group, please email liz@gotrstl.org
