Hi, My name is Hanna! I am an alumni of GOTR, Heart & Sole as well as a former Junior Coach. I am also a Girl Scout working on my Gold Award. My Gold Award project’s goal is to positively impact the community by bringing awareness to Social and emotional learning (SEL) and its importance to young women. SEL has five components: decision making, self-management, self-awareness, social-awareness, and relationship skills. Through my Gold Award project, I am highlighting Girls on the Run St. Louis, a SEL program that creatively integrates running and physical activity to create positive outcomes for girls in our community.

Along with some of my former GOTR teammates and coach, I created these videos to demonstrate the different components of the program, as well as highlight the impact it made in our lives. I invite you to take a look!
