The past year of Girls on the Run St. Louis programming has yielded tremendous outcomes for our community and we could not be more grateful for the dedication of our coaches, partners and Girls on the Run families! 

The Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 GOTR seasons were the largest since before the onset of the pandemic, serving 4,557 participants and 1,750 coaches from 250 different sites across our 23-county territory in MO and IL.

Girls on the Run St. Louis has added a new member and elected officers to its
Board of Directors. Meet the dynamic people who will lead Girls on the Run
St. Louis into its 23rd year, dedicated to providing access to high quality,
evidence-based curriculum that supports girls’ confidence, competence,
physical and mental health, as well as their connection to their community.

On Saturday, May 11, 2024, nearly 6,000 5K participants crossed the Finish Line at the Girls on the Run St. Louis 5K in Forest Park! Check out photos from the race! 

“She earned every step!” 

We believe that every Girl on the Run is full of limitless potential and an important member to the Girls on the Run team! Evelyn was one of 2,800 Girls on the Run part of our spring season. The now viral video that was shared following the May Girls on the Run St. Louis 5k has inspired thousands and we are excited to introduce you to the incredible Girl on the Run who, as her parents Ryan and Allison explained “earned every step!”

On Giving Tuesday, Girls on the Run St. Louis supporters gathered to celebrate the incredible collective work we accomplished together in 2023. The Board of Directors Vice Chair, Gabriela Ramirez-Arellano, kicked off the event with inspiring words regarding her connection to the Girls on the Run St. Louis mission.

Girls on the Run St. Louis is thrilled to announce the three Energy Award recipients that will be recognized at the Power of One Gala on February 29, 2024 at Third Degree Glass Factory.
