Coach Brittany Shares Her HOW and WHY on Giving Tuesday

Coach Brittany Taussig from Jana Elementary shared her How and Why at the Girls on the Run Giving Tuesday event at Parkers Table. Girls on the Run comes to life because of coaches like Brittany, who ensure girls have a safe, inclusive space at practice, even when circumstances are challenging. 

"Throughout my eight years in education, I have chosen to make a commitment to coach a Girls on the Run team twice every single school year, once in the fall and once in the spring. Even in the midst of some incredibly unique challenges that were presented during this past season, I wanted to make sure there was still a Girls on the Run team."

Girls on the Run St. Louis has added a new member and elected officers to its Board of Directors. Meet the dynamic people who will lead Girls on the Run St. Louis into its next decade, dedicated to providing continued access to high quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum that  supports girls’ confidence, competence, physical and emotional health, as well as their connection to their community.
